2012 TAC Report now Available

After many months of research, editing and perhaps even a little agonizing, the 2012 Turkmen Advisory Council is proud to share their research report entitled, "Turkmen Students Abroad: Goals, Challenges and Prospects for the Future."

In 2010 the Arzuw Foundation launched the Turkmen Advisory Council to engage, empower and train young Turkmen as researchers and critical evaluators of societal developments in Turkmenistan.  The program employs Turkmen students as consultants and gives them a hands-on opportunity to learn and use professional research methodologies by applying them to real-world issues.

The Turkmen Advisory Council would like to thank RPCV Emily Putnam and Dr. Cristin Burke for contributing to the team's success and for advising them on their long, but successful journey to produce this report.
